Lolldaiga ranch, Laikipia
The newest owners of this 49 000 acres conservancy have decided that, after having been essentially a cattle ranch for the last three generations for whom flora and fauna protection was of the highest priority, it was now time to also welcome visitors.
These stunning hills, sheltering 104 different mammals and 385 bird species, were inhabited by the Laikipia Maasai for more than 500 years. There are cave paintings and natural eroded sites you will discover by foot.
Some of the activities include game drives in 4x4 vehicles and a recommended guided walk to end at sundown with a beautiful view.
